Dimensions is a not-for-profit voluntary organisation. This means we are able to invest all our efforts and resources into helping us achieve person-centred positive outcomes for everyone.
Dimensions employs over 4,000 people at nearly 500 locations across England and Wales. We are a national organisation, organised into 17 regions. Our management structure.
We encourage people we support to participate in the way Dimensions is run through the Dimensions Council. Members of the Council are voted on through the regionally based Everybody Counts groups.
The company is governed by a voluntary Board of Management, comprising eight Board members and three co-optees. Read about our Management Board.
