What is Buddies@Home?
We’ll provide your family with tailored support to help you achieve a goal you’ve identified. Perhaps you want to establish a sleep pattern for your child or need additional support before and after school.
You’ll receive eight weeks of support to help you achieve your goal. This support will be available 24/7 and includes emergency provision.
Your Buddie will develop a plan to ensure you can measure progress and provide the support your child needs to fulfill their potential.
