We believe that the people we support should have the same choices and opportunities around work as everyone else. Our challenge is to make that accessible and possible for people.
We want to help people get the skills they need to live as independently as possible, and if they wish, to enter employment.
This section of the site is about education and employment for the adults we support, from our award-winning Speak up and Make a Difference courses to our successful social enterprises, which help people with learning disabilities get a job.
