Steve Scown, Chief Executive
Steve has over 30 years experience working with people with learning disabilities. Prior to becoming Chief Executive Steve led the development of Dimensions work to respond to the personalisation agenda and co-authored the award winning book, Making it Personal. Jackie Fletcher, Executive Director of Quality and Compliance

Lisa Hopkins, Executive Director of Practice Development
Our organisational lead on the support of people with autism, Lisa also has responsibility for the Behaviour Support Specialist Consultancy team and is the spokesperson for employment and assistive technology work.

With an NHS and operational background, Jeff is now responsible for business development, including our response to the personalisation agenda through our team of support advisors, and co-ordinating our tender response through local authorities’ commissioning processes.
